Clear the spot
Plow or shovel the placement area and access path before delivery, and keep it clear during the rental so pickup isn't delayed.
Street placement and parking bans
Many towns have winter parking bans. If the container would sit on a street, ask your town about winter rules before booking.
Keep debris dry
Snow and ice inside the container add weight. Cover it with a tarp between loads if you can.
